Integration of Vimeo
We have embedded videos from Vimeo on our website. However, all the videos on our website are embedded in the enhanced privacy mode, using the "do-not-track" option. We do not have further control over the data transmission to Vimeo. Integration of Jotform
Jotform Inc. provides the registration form service. The data submitted will not be disclosed to third parties by Jotform, except under special circumstances (ordered by a court order). More information can be found here. Jotform also ensures that the transmitted data is securely stored.
Use of reCAPTCHA
To protect your inquiries via internet forms, we use the reCAPTCHA web service provided by Google. The query serves to differentiate whether the input is made by a human or is abused by automated, machine processing. The query includes the transmission of the IP address and, if applicable, other data mentioned under the section "Collection of personal data when visiting our website" of this statement to Google, which is required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service. For this purpose, your input will be transmitted to Google and used there. However, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before. Only in exceptional cases, the full IP address will be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of this service. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of reCAPTCHA will not be merged with other data from Google. The legal basis for data collection is Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. § 2 Collection of Personal Data when Contacting Us
When contacting us by email or through a contact form, the data you provide will be stored by us to answer your questions. This includes your email address and your name, as well as additional information. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR based on your voluntarily given consent.
§ 3 Collection of Personal Data when Visiting Our Website
When you use the website for purely informational purposes, without registering or otherwise providing us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display our website and ensure its stability and security (the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR):
IP address of the requesting computer, as well as device ID or individual device identifier and device type,
Description of the type of internet browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your device, as well as the name of your access provider,

§ 4 Collection of Personal Data when Contacting or Making a Purchase
You have the option to order products from us via the internet or personally on-site. Regardless of whether you place your order online in the webshop or in person, it is necessary for the conclusion of the contract that you provide your personal data, which we require for the processing of your order. Mandatory information required for the processing of contracts is marked separately on the respective order form. Additional information is voluntary. We process the data provided by you for the processing of your order. For this purpose, we may pass on your payment data to our house bank. The legal basis for this is Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
We offer several payment methods and use different payment service providers. Depending on the payment method you choose, different data will be transmitted to the respective payment service provider. You can view the respective privacy policies of the payment service provider you have chosen. The legal basis for the transmission is Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
Furthermore, we use your address and email address, which we have received from you in connection with the sale of goods or services, for direct advertising of our own similar goods or services, unless you have objected to the use; you can object at any time without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs according to the basic tariffs (see also the section "Right to Object" in this statement). The legal basis for the use is Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
To prevent unauthorized access by third parties to your personal data, especially financial data, the online ordering process is encrypted using TLS technology.
§ 5 Information on the Regular Duration of Processing
All documents and data received from the customer are only stored by us for as long as is necessary for the provision of our service or the protection of a legitimate interest, unless we have expressly indicated a specific duration in individual cases or you have given us a different consent.
Due to legal retention obligations, we are obliged to retain invoice and accounting documents for 10 years. Your data must also be stored for a longer period if this is necessary within the scope of an administrative or judicial procedure.
§ 6 Special Information / Data Processors
If personal data is processed for the purpose of advertising, data analysis, or an individual automated decision, including profiling, we will inform you separately about your data protection rights.
If necessary, we use external service providers and data processors to process your data. These include the following activities:

When we use data processors, a contract for data processing has been concluded with the respective service provider to ensure the protection of your personal data. They have been carefully selected and commissioned by us, are bound by our instructions, and are regularly monitored.
We only disclose your data to third parties if:

- it is necessary for the performance of a contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
- there is a legal obligation to do so (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
- the disclosure is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims and there is no reason to believe that you have an overriding legitimate interest in not disclosing your data (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
§ 7 Data Transfer to Non-EU Countries
As the data controller within the meaning of Art. 4(7) GDPR, we are located in Switzerland. Therefore, data will be transferred to a non-EU country. However, Switzerland is considered to provide an adequate level of data protection equivalent to EU member states.
