I am happy to support you if you as an individual, couple or family are in a crisis and looking for orientation. My goal is to accompany you in finding your own solutions to become self-confident and capable of action (without feelings of guilt).

Supporting grieving people and people with fears of loss is very close to my heart. These issues often take up a lot of space in the affected person's life and receive too little attention.

The core idea of systemic therapy is the assumption that the key to understanding and changing problems lies less in the treated person alone, but is connected to the system in which the problem exists - e.g. in the family. This allows clients to better recognize their behavioral patterns and resources and be empowered to change or strengthen them.

Integrative Inner System Therapy is an approach in psychotherapy that enables clients to connect with their inner parts. This method helps to assign behaviors and emotions to certain personality parts, which leads to a better understanding of one's own behavior.
